Expertly provides a candidate profile, CV preparation, and recruitment service. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful professional and recruitment purposes.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure and for activity performed through your account. Contact Expertly promptly if you believe somebody else has accessed it.

Your profile and CV

You keep ownership of the information and documents you provide. You permit Expertly to store, organize, and present that information as needed to provide the candidate and recruitment service, subject to your privacy choices.

AI-assisted extraction can help prepare a draft, but you must review the resulting profile before publishing it. Expertly does not guarantee that extraction is complete or error-free.

Recruitment outcomes

Creating a profile does not guarantee an interview, placement, engagement, or employment. Hiring decisions remain subject to the applicable recruitment process and the participating organization.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse or interfere with the service.

• Do not impersonate another person or submit information you have no right to use.
• Do not upload malicious, unlawful, or deliberately misleading material.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, security limits, or service protections.

Availability and changes

Expertly may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. Material changes to these terms will be presented as a new version before you are asked to accept them.
